The Secret to Great Talent

PXT Select™ makes the very human decisions about hiring simpler and smarter by filling the gap between the resume and the interview. It provides organizations and hiring managers with actionable objective data about candidates in a simple to understand format that can help to interview better and hire smarter.

The PXT assessments measure how well an individual fits specific jobs in your organization. The “job matching” feature of the PXT is unique, enabling you to evaluate an individual relative to the qualities required to successfully perform in a specific job. It is used throughout the employee life cycle for selection, on-boarding, managing, and strategic workforce planning.

PXT Select is a multiple-choice, online assessment that measures the candidate’s cognitive abilities (thinking style), behavioral traits, and interests – three areas that impact an individual’s approach to situations in the workplace. In order to maximize the assessment’s precision with the fewest number of questions, the PXT Select assessment uses adaptive testing, meaning the system successively selects questions based on what it knows about the candidate from their previous responses. From the candidate’s perspective, the difficulty of the exam tailors itself to their level of ability. No two candidates will have the exact same assessment experience.

Safety Assessments

Assessment Overview

The AVP solution helps to identify the personality traits and “default settings” which are correlated with successful workplace performance. We have a unique focus on Behavioral Risk, predicting the likelihood of people’s inherent “hard wiring” for negative attitude, low integrity, low sense of responsibility, low coachability, high aggression, high distractibility, high rule resistance, high impulsiveness, and more.

Accurate testing using highly valid and reliable tools, and our tests only take 15 minutes to complete. Reports contain behavioral interview questions tailored to each person’s results (which assist with better interviews) as well as performance management tips (for better training and coaching of new hires). Everything is online, either on a desktop computer or smart phone with our 30-minute turnaround time.

Amazingly affordable unlimited-use pricing means you can go ahead and test all applicants! Prices start as low as $20/report. You can produce as many different reports as you need for an individual without any extra fees. Bundled report package provides up to 8 reports, all for the same price.

Purpose

A unique focus on “risk” means you can reduce bad hires, employee turnover, violence, theft, fraud, property damage, injuries, and more.

Measure Safety for candidates and current employees = reduce “incidents”

Safety Quotient (facility safety)

Identifies the high-risk personality traits (impulsiveness, distractibility, rule-resistance, irritability, etc.) that lead to human error and preventable workplace incidents. * One safety incident “avoided,” could more than pay for a year’s use of our tools.

Driver Safety Quotient (DSQ)

Gain insight into a driver’s likelihood of crashes, near misses, traffic violations, property damage and more. The DSQ helps ensure a safer roadway for everyone. Use for anyone driving a company vehicle or even a fork-lift.

Workstyle & Performance Profile (WPP)

Reveals each participant’s workstyle, strengths, and areas for improvement. The WPP results can be used for hiring, training, and performance management.

Work Values & Attitude (WVA)

Contains predictive analytics on integrity, responsibility, coachability, positive attitude, aggression, and open communication. The WVA report can help decrease negative outcomes such as employee absenteeism, turnover, theft, fraud, violence, and increase positive outcomes such as teamwork, employee engagement, productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability, and more.
