PXT Expert Practitioner Certification

For Talent Management Experts, Consultants, HR Executives, and L&D Coordinators

The PXT Select Expert Practitioner Certification takes your knowledge to a deeper level, giving you the content expertise and strategies you need to become an expert on how to use and implement this powerful tool in your workplace. 

Expectations:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of how the PXT Select assessment fits into an organization’s talent management strategy, and how to successfully implement within their organization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency using the PXT Select assessment, performance models, and the suite of reports in candidate selection and development.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively partner with stakeholders to analyze an organization’s needs and design the most appropriate solution that utilizes the PXTS Select solution to make talent decisions with confidence.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS Self-directed online learning, pre-work, then three-week course Weekly 90-minute, instructor-led, virtual sessions. Small group work and discussions to explore real-life scenarios. A Capstone presentation project to synthesize your learning with a final Certification Exam

3 90-minute LIVE VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Before week 1 - Begin online pre-work 

1st week Session 1 – PXT Select: Beyond the Basics

2nd week: Session 2 – Apply the PXT Select 

3rd week: Session 3 - The Expert Practitioner, then Final Exam



Available for 12 SHRM Recertification Credits

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive the credential of PXT Select Certified Practitioner. Dates available on a monthly basis – currently a 2 to 3 month wait. Contact Mike Kestly for dates available and usually 11am or 2pm start times.

Everything DiSC Certification Program

For Talent Management Experts, Consultants, HR Executives, and L&D Coordinators

The Training Program examples above are for us at Kestly Development (or one of our Partners) to facilitate the training sessions. We also can get someone in your organization “Trained / Certified” to administer the training programs and you just get the DiSC assessments through us.

The most common Certification Program is getting training to facilitate the DiSC Workplace which is the best / first DiSC most organizations like to start with. For one or more people to get certified it involves a 4-week program of 90-minutes per week (plus homework). After the 4-weeks, you will receive a certification to administer the DiSC Workplace (or other DiSC options) live or virtually.

Certification is available online for Everything DiSC and is delivered by expert Wiley trainers. Going through the DiSC Certification training program - you can earn 15 SHRM Credits.

Becoming an Everything DiSC Facilitator

Everything DiSC Certification is designed for internal facilitators as they scale and customize the Everything DiSC learning experience within their own organization. This intensive course increases facilitator confidence and competence with engaging content. Participants will not only receive the credential and expertise needed to deliver Everything DiSC, but also gain the skills needed to foster an engaged, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.

The Facilitation Kits - The Everything DiSC Facilitation Kit includes three 90-minute modules for live or virtual sessions. These fully-scripted facilitation with engaging activities, and workplace-focused video that features DiSC® styles in real work situations. This kit also includes optional People-Reading and Comparison Report activities. Easily customize facilitation by selecting and switching out video clips, modifying slides, Leader’s Guides, and participant handouts. Add or delete segments to fit any timeframe or workshop configuration. Facilitation is available as unlocked PowerPoint slides and Word documents— making building a custom program easier than ever. Your learners will walk away with tools and an action plan that they can immediately apply to their daily interactions and continue to use beyond the program.

Overview

Learners will step into the facilitator’s shoes and build competence, confidence, and credibility in delivering Five Behaviors products. Specifically, learners will:

  • Deepen their understanding of The Five Behaviors® model and key principles
  • Explore the Five Behaviors solution portfolio: Team Development and Personal Development from two perspectives – the learner and facilitator 
  • Explore how to build, customize, and deliver impactful Five Behaviors learning experiences to address your unique team development training needs 
  • Practice facilitation techniques while receiving feedback from peers in a safe environment
  • Gain access to Wiley’s online training center, connecting them to course content that they can continue to access as a resource after the course concludes 20 SHRM Recertification Credits


Available for 20 SHRM Recertification Credits.


There will no longer be a “re-certification” requirement to maintain the credential.

This immersive course combines self-guided learning with virtual, instructor-led sessions over a 2 week sessions.

Training dates are available about every month.

NOTE Common Q: Can a participant miss a live session and still complete the course?

No, Wiley requires attendance at all four live sessions for completion of the course. If a learner must miss a live session, they will be withdrawn from the course and asked to reschedule to a future offering.
